Patty is enjoying watching her three young daughters grow up in the beautiful horse country of Northern Virginia. Following a marketing and sales career in New York City and Miami Beach, she and her beloved husband, Melchior, moved here just before the birth of their eldest daughter thirteen years ago. The Northern Virginia area reminds her of the historic and rural town of Washington Crossing, NJ, where she spent her childhood.

In addition to her service with W+winGs, Patty is a member of the Middleburg Women’s Bible Study and serves on the board of Inner Revolution, an organization supporting at-risk women and children. She has enjoyed watching and guiding the growth of her own children and others by teaching religious education for her church, as well as working in her children’s schools.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from College of the Holy Cross and has kept religion and services to others a focus in her life. While living in New York City, she was a volunteer at The Door, tutoring inner city children to help them prepare for college entrance exams. She and her husband have organized local fundraising events, including a benefit concert which raised much needed capital funds for a local food bank.

Patty spends many hours watching her daughters ride ponies and play on the lacrosse and soccer fields. She enjoys skiing with her family, playing tennis with friends and traveling to the beach and beyond in her free time with Melchior and her girls.
